Description

Delicious stuffed pasta shells filled with a hearty beef mixture and topped with melted cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces large pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture generously and place them into a baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are well-coated.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot!
