Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Assemble the Rolls: Lay the bacon slices flat and place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture over the cheddar. Place a shrimp on top and roll the bacon tightly around the shrimp and cheese.
- Secure and Arrange: Use a toothpick to secure each roll if needed. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
