Instructions

- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine Milk and Flour: Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
- Create Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir until combined.
- Fill the Cupcakes: Fill each cupcake liner about ⅔ full with the batter. Add a small spoonful of the cinnamon mixture to each and use a toothpick to swirl it into the batter gently.

- Prepare Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and continue to beat until smooth. Add vanilla extract and milk, beating until the frosting reaches your desired consistency.
