Description
These Cranberry Brie Bites are a delightful combination of creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pecans, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough. Perfect for holiday gatherings!

- 1 tube (8 oz) Crescent Roll
- 4 oz Brie Cheese
- 1/2 cup Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 spring Rosemary, Finely Chopped
- Zest from 1 Orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 24-count mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Unroll the Crescent Roll onto parchment paper. Pinch seams together. Lightly flour a rolling pin and roll the dough out thinner and larger until it’s about 10″ x 15″.
- Cut into 24 squares (each square will be about 2″ x 2″).
- Place 1 dough square in each muffin spot.
- Cut an 8″ wheel of brie cheese in half. Slice one of the halves into 24 pieces.
- Layer a piece of brie, a pinch of finely chopped rosemary, 1 tsp of whole cranberry sauce, orange zest, and chopped pecans into each dough square.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- For a touch of sweetness, consider drizzling honey over the assembled bites before baking.
- These bites can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
