Description
Deliciously creamy and flavorful garlic chicken wings, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Wings: Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season and Cook: In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
- Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, ensuring it melts into a smooth sauce.
- Combine: Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the wings, tossing them to coat evenly.
- Garnish and Serve: Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley for added freshness and color.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust the garlic quantity to your taste preference.
- Serve with a side of celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a classic touch.
