Description

Delicious and visually stunning treats that combine creamy white fudge with a rich red velvet swirl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over for easy removal.

  2. Melt the Base Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

  3. Create the Red Velvet Mixture: Divide the mixture into two parts. In one half, add red food coloring, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.

  4. Create the Swirl: Pour the plain white fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the red velvet mixture over the white mixture. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.

  5. Add Marshmallow Cream: Drop small dollops of marshmallow cream over the swirled fudge. Gently swirl again to incorporate the marshmallow cream into the fudge.

  6. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.

  7. Slice and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Mixing Colors: Be careful not to over-swirl the colors, as you want distinct marbling.
  • Storage: Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • Optional Toppings: Consider adding crushed nuts or sprinkles on top before chilling for added texture.
