Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cookies and cream cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the crushed cookies and cream cookies until evenly distributed.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  10. As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  11. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
