Description

Delicious beef bombs made with flaky biscuit dough, ground beef, and cheese, brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain grease and season.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough and add beef and cheese to center.
  4. Seal dough tightly around filling and place seam-side down.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
  6. Brush bombs with garlic Parmesan butter.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with remaining butter and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding diced onions or bell peppers to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added enjoyment!
