Description
A simple and delicious way to grill frozen steaks to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 medium steaks (frozen)
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Preheat an outdoor grill and place frozen steak on the grill over direct heat to sear.
- Once you have a nice sear on the outside, move to indirect heat and cook for about 8-12 minutes on one side.
- If your steaks are stuck together, after 10 minutes, pull apart with tongs.
- Flip steaks over direct heat to sear the other side, then move back to indirect heat for an additional 8-15 minutes depending on the desired doneness.
- Insert a thermometer in the center of the meat to check.
- Rare: 115-120 degrees, Medium Rare: 120-125 degrees, Medium: 130-135 degrees, Medium Well: 140-145 degrees, Well Done: 150+ degrees.
- When your steak has reached your temperature, season with salt and pepper and use a pastry brush to brush each side with the garlic butter mixture.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to stay juicy.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
