A simple and delicious way to grill frozen steaks to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium steaks (frozen)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill and place frozen steak on the grill over direct heat to sear.
  3. Once you have a nice sear on the outside, move to indirect heat and cook for about 8-12 minutes on one side.
  4. If your steaks are stuck together, after 10 minutes, pull apart with tongs.
  5. Flip steaks over direct heat to sear the other side, then move back to indirect heat for an additional 8-15 minutes depending on the desired doneness.
  6. Insert a thermometer in the center of the meat to check.

  8. When your steak has reached your temperature, season with salt and pepper and use a pastry brush to brush each side with the garlic butter mixture.
  9. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to stay juicy.

Notes

  • For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness.
