- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the drained pasta and shredded cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cheese is melted and well combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- This recipe can be easily customized with different vegetables or seasonings.
- For a lighter version, substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or lean beef.
