- Make the Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer it to a floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
- Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball, then slightly flatten them into round discs about the size of a silver dollar. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to create a small indent in the center—this helps hold the sauce.
- Add the Toppings: Place the dough rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce into each center. Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of turkey pepperoni or diced turkey ham. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic powder.
- Bake to Golden Perfection: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bagel bites for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
