Description

  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano or basil)

Instructions

  1. Make the Dough: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms. Transfer it to a floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
  2. Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a small ball, then slightly flatten them into round discs about the size of a silver dollar. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to create a small indent in the center—this helps hold the sauce.
  3. Add the Toppings: Place the dough rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon a small amount of marinara sauce into each center. Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of turkey pepperoni or diced turkey ham. Sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic powder.
  4. Bake to Golden Perfection: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bagel bites for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
