This tahini dressing is creamy, tangy, and perfect for salads or as a dip!
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 to 4 tablespoons water (adjust for consistency)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl or jar, combine tahini, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk or stir until the mixture thickens.
- Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust: add more maple syrup for sweetness or lemon juice for tang.
- Use immediately or store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Shake or stir before each use.
