This delicious pumpkin bread is moist and full of flavor, perfect for fall!

- 1 3/4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, oil, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and water until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Gradually add dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Test for doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
