Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
