Ingredients

- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, corn, rice or quinoa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. Gently fold everything together.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir to combine.
