- 1 pound cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and vegetable broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

- For a richer flavor, consider adding more Parmesan cheese.
- You can substitute fresh spinach with other greens like kale.
