These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a perfect blend of crispy fried chicken and creamy ranch slaw, all packed into a soft brioche bun!

- 1 lb chicken tenders or boneless thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Neutral oil for frying (canola or vegetable)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, hot sauce, and egg. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each marinated chicken piece in the flour mixture, pressing to coat thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Melt butter and stir in buffalo sauce to create the glaze.
- Toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Combine shredded lettuce, ranch dressing, dill, parsley, and chives to make the slaw.
- Lightly toast brioche buns. Spread ranch on the bottom, add slaw, buffalo chicken, and top bun.
- Serve hot and enjoy the crunch and flavor explosion.
- Optional: add extra ranch drizzle for more creaminess.
