Description

A delicious and creamy buffalo chicken bake that combines shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and stir it into the buffalo mixture until well-coated.
