Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained well

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and well-drained crushed pineapple.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  7. Spoon into serving bowls or a dessert dish, garnish if desired, and serve chilled.
