- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prepare the Beef Patties
In a bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 8 small patties. - Cook the Patties
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Assemble the Sliders
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, a beef patty, and a slice of mozzarella cheese on each bun. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. - Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. - Bake the Sliders
Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
