Description

Delicious baked cheese sliders made with ground beef and a blend of cheeses.


Ingredients

  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Beef Patties
    In a bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  3. Cook the Patties
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Sliders
    Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, a beef patty, and a slice of mozzarella cheese on each bun. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  5. Prepare the Topping
    In a small bowl, mix melted butter with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake the Sliders
    Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
