A delicious twist on traditional pizza with a taco flavor profile.

- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a sheet pan.
- Roll out pizza dough onto the sheet pan, stretching it to fit.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread salsa evenly over the baked crust, then layer the seasoned beef on top.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the beef.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before topping with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
- Drizzle with sour cream and slice into squares. Serve immediately.

- Feel free to customize toppings based on your preferences.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
