- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Place frozen meatballs in a slow cooker. Pour sauce over them and stir to coat.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, mix cornstarch with water and stir it into the sauce to thicken.
- Just before serving, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as appetizers.
